If you're looking to embrace health and fitness in a way that is both enjoyable and sustainable, you're at the right place!

Hi! I’m Beata, a Women's Health Coach, Stress management and recovery coach, Personal Trainer and Nutrition coach helping women improve their relationship with food, fitness, and themselves.

It wasn’t long ago that I was where you might be now. I went from dieting, counting calories, cycle of undereating and over-eating, all or nothing mindset and being anxious around food and struggling with my body image to loving, caring, appreciating, and using food and fitness to take care of my body and mind - becoming the happiest and healthiest I've ever been.

I struggled with emotional and binge eating for a long time and it wasn’t until I did the deep work that I realized I was dealing with it all wrong - and that most people are doing the same.

I made it my mission to help others and change the way we approach fitness and nutrition - to harness the power of self-love and self-compassion as the foundation for true well-being.

Which is why Instead of restrictions, cutting food groups, removing foods you love and enjoy, giving you ready generated meal plan or ask you to count calories , I use a sustainable, practice - based approach to build healthy habits into your life, one step at a time.

  • You will start with telling me more about yourself, your goals, believes around food, past experience with diets, health and daily routine, current eating habits and biggest nutrition challenges. From there we will plan the entire coaching process - together !

  • We will work together to create, implement and practice habits that will serve you better , from sleep, stress management to movement and nutrition. It is all connected!  These new habits will help you feel more calm, confident an more prepared for each day.

  • I will check in with you frequently to see how you are doing and to answer any questions you might have. And if something wont be working for you..... we will adjust the plan.

I will help you to :

  • Let go of old diet culture rules: Release yourself from restrictive dieting and the mindset that certain foods are off-limits or "bad." Embrace a more flexible and balanced approach to eating.

  • Let go of the "good" vs. "bad" foods mentality. Food is just food, some are more nutrients dense some less, but  there is no moral value attached to it.

  • Make Peace With Food. Embrace an unconditional permission to eat - there is nothing you “shouldn’t” have and you don't have to deserve to eat.

  • Honor Your Hunger. Nourish your body with adequate energy and nutrients when you are experiencing hunger.

  •  Discover The Satisfaction Factor. Food is not just a combination of nutrients - it’s also a source of pleasure, and there is nothing wrong with that.

  • Let go of judgment and guilt: Stop beating yourself up over food choices or perceived mistakes. Practice self-compassion and understand that eating mindfully involves embracing imperfection and learning from your experiences.

  • Let go of the need for perfection: Recognize that eating mindfully is a journey, and it's okay to have ups and downs. Embrace progress over perfection and focus on making sustainable changes rather than striving for an unattainable ideal

  • Let go of comparison: Avoid comparing your eating habits to others. Everyone's body and nutritional needs are unique. Instead, focus on your own well-being and listen to your body's cues and preferences.

  •  Let go of mindless eating habits: Cultivate awareness around your eating habits and be present in the moment while you eat. Release distractions and engage your senses to fully enjoy and appreciate your food.

My hope is that, with my help, you feel a little closer to your body and begin to find joy and positive intention behind nutrition and movement.
